What We Provide

Chairside: Flex is an adaptive readiness measurement system for dentists preparing for the ORE Part 2 examination. The service includes Smart Sessions, a personalised Reflex Map, spaced repetition learning, and exam-specific question banks across OSCE, DTP, and Medical Emergencies.

The service is provided digitally through our website at getchairside.com/flex. It is designed to support exam preparation but does not guarantee any specific exam outcome.

Eligibility

Our service is intended for qualified dentists and dental professionals preparing for ORE Part 2. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a purchase.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@getchairside.com.

Purchases and Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

By completing a purchase, you gain access to the features and content included in the plan or product you selected. The specific features included in each plan are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.

However, because Chairside: Flex provides immediate access to digital content, by completing your purchase and accessing the service you expressly consent to the digital content being provided immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you begin accessing the content (for example, by starting a session, viewing your Reflex Map, or accessing any question bank material).

This consent is obtained at the point of purchase. If you have not accessed any content, you may request a cancellation within 14 days by emailing support@getchairside.com.

To cancel, send a clear statement of your decision to cancel to support@getchairside.com. You may use the following wording: “I wish to cancel my purchase of Chairside: Flex made on [date]. My name is [your name] and my email address is [your account email].”

Refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and have not accessed any digital content, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Once you have accessed the digital content, no refund is available as the right to cancel has been waived in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, contact us at support@getchairside.com and we will work to resolve it. Refunds for technical issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Chairside: Flex available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

The questions, answer explanations, topic structure, adaptive learning system, Reflex Map, branding, design, and code that make up Chairside: Flex are owned by Chairside or created by us. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from this content without explicit written permission.

Some content within the service references or links to publicly available clinical guidelines and official medical resources. We do not claim ownership of those original sources. Our questions and explanations are original works informed by those guidelines.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation. You may not share your account or provide access to others.

Accuracy of Content

We make every effort to ensure our question banks and explanations are accurate and up to date. However, clinical guidelines evolve over time. If you spot an inaccuracy, please report it using the in-app reporting feature or email support@getchairside.com.

Limitation of Liability

Chairside: Flex is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded or restricted.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of Chairside: Flex after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may also modify, update, or discontinue features of the service. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, offer a pro-rata refund for any pre-paid subscription period.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. We will notify you by email before taking action except in cases of serious or urgent breach.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@getchairside.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issue informally.
