Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.

Digital Content Exception

Chairside: Flex provides immediate access to digital content. When you complete your purchase and begin accessing the service - for example, by starting a session, viewing your Reflex Map, or accessing any question bank material - you expressly consent to receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right.

This consent is obtained at the point of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

When You Can Get a Refund

If you have not accessed any digital content and you request cancellation within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the service you have paid for, contact us at support@getchairside.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email support@getchairside.com with your name, account email, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

You may use the following wording: “I wish to cancel my purchase of Chairside: Flex made on [date]. My name is [your name] and my email address is [your account email].”

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation. If the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
